Finally went to see dr regarding my ankle. Initially only my left ankle that is having problems, but after examination, it turn out that there's problem in my right ankle too.
He said that both my ligaments are loose. But different ankle different loose ligaments. As for my left ankle, my ligament is out-stretched, which somehow make my tendon snapped. The dr diagnose it as ligament incompetence(lack of ability) for both ankles at least for now. Dunno will change diagnosis or not.
So... For now, my initial treatment is physiotherapy. Haha, almost everyday i'm referring pt for physio, now it's my turn got referred to physio. Aiyo!
