But unfortunately, our house turn up a unexpected guest.
The whole incident that happened for the guest to come to my house is totally very dramatic. My maternal grandparents go to Malaysia at before or around the world war II time from China.
So, a few months ago, my aunties wanted to try to find out is there any relatives at the china side. So, due to my cousin wedding, they decided to ask someone (a friend i think) to try to help them find as that someone is going to the hometown where my grandfather belong to.
Just happened that my grandfather's brother's son, haha, in short, my mother's cousin, has been trying to find the news of my mother and my aunties for all these years. Since my grandfather passed away on the year that i was born, they have since lost contact from us.
So, as you count the years, we have never contact them for the passed 20 years.
As for me, i din even know that i have relatives in china.
So, my mother's cousin has been finding news for us, and every time, there people going back to the hometown, he will try to see any news of us. And one day, finally, my mother's cousin hear news of us from that someone, and that someone gives him the contact number to my uncle.
And this is how we have contact back with the relatives from china.
And the guest is actually my mother's cousin's granddaughter. She came and visit us. I feel kind of very weird. As that guest (i dunno how to address her), she is older than me yet my status is actually higher than her. LOL. It kind of a bit confusing.
So she tell us what happened to the family after my grandfather and my grandfather the other brother leave china and my mother tell her what happened to my grandfather and how my grandfather got seventeen children. And so on...
I suddenly developed a very funny feelings. Cos, after listening to all those stories, i suddenly got this feeling that i'm very close to my grandfather and grandmother.
This feeling is very special.
I have never seen my maternal grandparents before. And i never heard so many stories about them. So, actually, to speak the truth, i dun have any feelings for them until yesterday.
And it so unbelievable that after 20 years of no contact, we managed to contact after 20 long years.
OMG... this is so drama.
And that relative from china took back one family photo back which is taken during my cousin's wedding to show her grandfather who has been finding us all this years
I can't imagine, the reaction he will have when he saw the photo. I believe it will be a touching scene. =)
