I am just wonder, why did some of my friends say that the minimum age to obtain a driving license. Some even say, those who born after 1989, can only obtain driving license at the age of 21.
There's two things i want to say: 1) The LTA actually proposed that those who born after 1989 can only obtain the driving license at 21 years old. But the fact that the LTA is only proposing, they have yet approved. =)
2) Even if it approved, it doesn't really affect me as I am born ON 1989 NOT AFTER 1989.
