Today during NSL lesson, we try on the peak flow meter and the incentive spirometer. The peak flow meter is used to measure the amount of air that can be expelled from the lungs. And i tried and got 400 litres/min. Wahaha. I think that is quite similar to the air speed that we talk in band. As for the incentive spirometer, it actually measure how much you inhale in a correct way [slow and deeply]. Then, i tried and i inhale until the maximum. Ya, and only 3 people including me in our class that inhale until the maximum. Haha. I think it is due to the reason that i'm in band and have to breathe as much as i can to actually hold many bars and play long notes. LOL. And today... being a sotong again. Hahaha. Ya.. today went to buy things and found out that my wallet is not with me. Then i got panick, lucky mc lend me some money. Then after that, i go search bag and all that. Then i nearly going to cry as alot of things are inside my wallet. Then after that, i called home and asked my brother to help me find my wallet. And my bro say "your wallet is at your table" Then i was like, relief. But i remember putting my wallet inside my bag yesterday night. How come it end up at my table? Speaking of yesterday, i am so paiseh. Cos, i meet chengyong at sim bus stop. Then after that, it was raining heavily. But we lazy to take out our umbrella. So we ran inside the sim. THen, cause i ran faster. Then i thought chengyong was behind me. Then i want to talk to her so i go eh..... then i turned behind very quickly and suddenly. When i turned behind, i found out that the person behind me is not chengyong, is a guy. Then, because i turned so quickly and suddenly, i nearly bump into him. Luckily, my reaction was fast, i quickly move to one side or else i cannot imagine wat will happened. Well, this is not the first time this incident happened. Last time, i was walking with rasmina and samantha. Then, i heard samantha saying wat she lose weight so i say "you lose..." and turned behind, and found out that behind me is not samantha, is a guy. And he stared at me. Then i was like stunned, then, i go looked for samantha and found out that she go to the other side. Then, at this time, rasmina pulled me and say "hey, this way" then i just followed her. Then after that i told rasmina and samantha abt it and they laughed like hell. Haha. Then i told rasmina that she saved my day cause she pulled me away in time. Haha..
